Access to the www.lgbscop.com website is open to everyone wishing to receive information on the activities of LGB Scop.
Access to the website is ensured on a continuous and permanent basis, with the exception of force majeure or events outside the control of LGB Scop, and is subject to possible failures and maintenance activities that are compulsory for site operation.
Furthermore, due to the very nature of the internet, LGB Scop is not able to guarantee 24/7 website operation.

3 – Liability

LGB Scop is committed to offering its users the most reliable and quality-rich information possible.
LGB Scop, however, does not guarantee that the information contained on the website is exact or complete. LGB Scop will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage to users or third parties caused by information disclosed on the website, and more generally, by consulting and using the website.
LGB Scop does not monitor the sites linked to its website through hypertext links, and declines all responsibility in connection to these sites and their content.

4- Confidentiality and personal data

All personal details, of any nature whatsoever, are the object of a declaration made by the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL), in accordance with the provisions of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, concerning information technology, the files and the liberties that are either presented or collected on the website. As the user of the website, you authorise LGB Scop to use your personal details.
As the user of this website, you have the right to access, change, correct and delete your own personal data (Law on IT and Liberties of January 6, 1978 as amended).

Any new clauses will apply to all future relations between the parties, and only the new version will be considered as the official version.
These Conditions are governed by French law.
